The dictionary contains information about staff involved in transfers and excursions (Figure 1). This information is used in planning transfers and excursions.
- Staff type – type of staff
- Name – name of the employee
- Phone number – phone number of the employee.
There are four types of staff:
- Drivers
- Representatives in airport
- Tour guides
- Guide assistants.
